Service Description

During our 6-week journey we will: - Meet once a week for 45 minutes (chakras/I am/words/how do you want to show up/values/stress) - Engage in guided meditation bi/weekly (focusing on what we are working on for the week) Discussions about your birth chart reading (you will get a copy) You will also receive: - 1 reiki remote session 30 minutes (I ask that a parent be in the room with your teen, so you will be getting a double treatment) - 1 essential oil roller ball FIRST SESSION TO BE SCHEDULED AT CHECKOUT.
