During a session, I can help you work out many issues (not just one or two) in a graceful, way.
What Happens during a “session”? Sessions are 60 minutes long and can be done in person or over the phone. Using muscle testing and intuition I quickly locate imbalances in the body, whether it be emotional, physical, mental or spiritual, and then I ‘plug in’ the positive. You as the client can talk as much or as little as you like. I clear out the negative or limiting beliefs and replace them with positive affirmations, love, and light.
Who do you work on? I work with men, women and children of all ages. I love people and helping those seeking a boost in life. I have experience with reluctant husbands, grandmas, people growing businesses, stay at home moms, school aged kids, teenagers and more. With my relatable personality and intuitive gifts people really enjoy working with me.
What problems can we work on? With energy we can work on anything, but this list can give you some general ideas: Marriages and Families and all the issues that surround them; divorce, trauma, communication, finances, relationships Imbalances in the Physical Body: Chronic Fatigue, Aches and Pains, ADD/ADHD, Autoimmune, Learning Disabilities And a host of other challenges: Addiction, weight release, anxiety, depression, finances, employment, happiness, forgiveness... endless possibilities. Anything that is preventing you from creating the happy and joyful life you seek.
Are results noticeable right away? Many times yes and sometimes no, but the results are always there. I see it like this, you are a train on a train track. I come in and adjust the track just a little. The adjustment may change your course instantly or it may not be noticeable, but once you traveled a little while you will be able to look back and see the positive changes that have occurred. After a session many clients report feeling refreshed and happier instantly.
Is this something that I have to do all the time, like come every week? Many clients enjoy purchasing three sessions and spreading them out over a month or two. This is enough time to get layers peeled back and get to the core of an issue, learn and implement new tools and see results. Regular energy work is like regular car repair, it’s easier to maintain than be in crisis mode.
How can I prepare for a session? Drink some water, take some deep breaths and find a quiet place to sit (if we are working over the phone).
